Aha of today: During a Feldenkrais session today I experienced the benefit of “bias for action”. I was skeptical of the technique. I was amazed when a “simple” massage of my lower back made me sweat intensely. Now I know I want to learn more.
Aha of today: briefing (stating objective, freedoms, and constraints) and back briefing (executing party confirms objective, freedoms, and constraints) are a great way to align and get mutual agreement on the next steps of any project.#AgileConversations
Aha of today: The business development support group that I’m part of helps get back on track when I’ve been postponing work on my objectives. #keep-doing
Aha of today: feeling stuck? Get a mentor or a coach. Actually, get both
Aha of today: the colleagues/employees that you get is what you get. Work from there.
Yesterday’s aha: when I don’t make progress towards my goals on a particular day I feel horrible. Improvement plan: plan it at the beginning of my day
Aha of today: identifying and clarifying what important words mean at work is both fun and rewarding. #agileconversations
